Ricoh photocopier admin password reset

What should we do if we forgot the admin password of a Ricoh photocopier? How can we reset it?

Answer:
Before you reset the password, make sure you login as "Admin". Ricoh username is case sensitive. "Admin" needs capital "A" at the beginning.
If not working, login as "Supervisor" without password and you can change the admin password there.
